The 1982, 1983 and 1984 Porsche 928 S saw two primary changes. First the engine capacity was upped from 4.5 liter to 4.7 liter. Secondly the wheels where changed to a different style, which to most enthusiasts is more recognizable as the Porsche 928. Another subtle change was the addition of a small rear spoiler. Unfortunately for the USA market the rest of the world received a much more powerful 928S at 310hp where their market only received 239hp.
