2006-2007 Porsche 997 (911) (997.1) Carrera GT3 Specifications Specs

2006-2007 Porsche 997 (911) (997.1) Carrera GT3 Specifications SpecsThe Porsche 997 (911) GT3 was released in 2006 ready for the track right off the showroom floor. The 415 horsepower came from a reworked version of the previous 3.6-liter GT3 engine. The 997 GT3 was lower, stiffer and shared the same standard narrow Carrera body. The 997 GT3 also came standard with the PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) system that was more extreme then the stock version making the sport setting really a track one. The interior, in tradition with previous Porsche GT3’s came without the standard rear seats, but did have its fair share of creature comforts, like air conditioning, powered windows, etc. This Porsche 911 will make almost any driver the king of track day.
